BSA Troop 3 Newport Celebrates 75th Anniversary

Chartered by the Narragansett Council of the Boy Scouts of America in 1947 and starting with 11 scouts, Troop 3 Newport is celebrating its 75th anniversary. The troop consists of 20 scouts meeting weekly throughout the school year in Middletown. In 2023, the troop plans to return to Newport.
